The Hayden washable filter cartridge is also known as the hydrophobic washable filter. Made from polyester, this accessory reveals how cleaning convenience can be achieved on a pleated high media surface area. Its pleats hide a number of rubber rings which are specific to this accessory.
One of the main advantages of the Hayden washable filter cartridge is that it has no special cleaning requirements. The only requirement is that clean water be used. The manufacturer recommends that the filter is not used for more than fifteen hours without being washed in order for its efficiency ratio not to drop. The same recommendation applies to the canister. As for its replacement, the recommended interval is one year.
The Hayden washable filter cartridge measures 5.5 inches in height and 7 inches in diameter. However, its dimensions may be small, but its potential and efficiency are outstanding. This hydrophobic filter cartridge has all the features a filter cartridge needs in order to get noticed. It is extremely easy to use, whether it needs cleaning, replacing or reinstalling, and highly efficient against dirt particles of various kinds and sizes.
