The Hayden Classic central vacuum system is well thought out overall, is not only durable and practical but also good-looking. Measuring 13 inches in diameter, 39 inches in height and reaching a total weight of 32 pounds, it joins together a 20 gauge steel body and an ABS dust collection bin, wrapped under a powder-coated finish colored red and black. The right side exhaust and the bi-directional side intake also complement the design is a most inspired way.

Built in North America, the Hayden Classic central vacuum cleaner relies on power, joining an Ametek-Lamb dual stage bypass motor and a number of other unique features together to achieve the highest efficiency levels regardless of the cleaning task at hand. Thus, for starters, it relies on 620 air watts, an airflow of 126 cubic feet per minute and 144 inches of water lift, all at the cost of only 59 decibels of noise. As expected, the heavy-duty motor is protected at all times, both from dust thanks to its placement at the top of the central vacuum cleaner and from overload.
Aiming to become the classic Hayden vacuum cleaner, this appliance provides a cleaning solution for all homeowners, whether they prefer disposable bags or bagless appliances. With the dust bin alone designed to collect up to six gallons of dust, the central vacuum cleaner comes in both a bagged and a bagless version. It should be noted that homeowners who opt for the bagged one will be provided one disposable filter bag upon purchase. However, they are also provided a number of other components to be fitted on the Hayden Classic central vacuum cleaner before use. These include an exhaust muffler, two hose clamps, a muffler mounting elbow fitting as well as a wall mounting bracket, a disposable bag connector, an intake plug, two low-volt wire terminals and, last but not least, an instruction manual.
Designed to perform its best on any surface as large as 9,000 square feet, as already mentioned, the Hayden Classic central vacuum cleaner is mainly recommended for use in areas featuring 3 to 15 valves and up to 225 feet of pipe, exhaust system included if the case.
